A Climate for Change
Einstein said that “we can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”. While many of us dream of a seachange, are we factoring in sea level rises? Does the treechange factor in a more fire-prone landscape? Will we one day become climate refugees ourselves? Are today’s solutions to climate change, peak oil and the water crisis using the different kind of thinking necessary to solve the problem?
As we enter a decade that will define our response to accelerated climate change, this presentation will explore the realm of critical thinking and analysis of these issues and proposed solutions. Perhaps by taking time to think about what we truly want in our lives, and how we want to shape our future, we can achieve greater levels of mindfulness and take the necessary steps to live more grounded lives
