Individuals come to OASES to gain a better understanding of their relationship with the world and how to live truly sustainable lives. Additionally all types of organisations support OASES by sending their staff to develop the talent to create better, more sustainable outcomes, in their businesses and communities. No matter what their age or background, people find OASES an inspiration and a pathway to a more sustainable and satisfying way of life. We recognise that the way we perceive the world has important consequences for our actions, values and ways of being. Whether we accept it or not, people bring their whole lives to work and therefore, both individuals and employers alike acknowledge they share responsibility for the transformation required.

Our Graduate School was established in 2006 and the Masters Program has full Australian higher education accreditation. More recently a vibrant short course and other events have given more people the opportunity to experience the OASES transformational learning environment. Most of our courses are set in the lovely atmosphere of the historic Augustine Centre in Hawthorn, a mindful oasis from the pressures of the current world with a rich tradition of adult learning. In addition, campuses in country Victoria provide retreat opportunities where individuals can reconnect with the natural world. OASES brings together leading thinkers, activists and practitioners to deliver a unique style of small group learning experiences. In this environment we acknowledge that we are all leaders and through each of us recognising our role, we can more confidently engage with the broader community to change the course of the future.
